Parnass is a Swedish family-owned company offering promotional products and branded merchandise — from clothing and bags to bottles and other branded materials — with an emphasis on a personal approach to customer service.

The goal of the redesign was to transform the site from an outdated catalog into a modern, calm, and more persuasive shopping experience. The project focused on making products easier to find, improving clarity around prices and terms, and building Parnass’s image as a trusted partner for mid-sized and large companies.

Business needs and project goals

The previous website did not sufficiently support the way business customers browse the offering, compare products, and make purchasing decisions. With a larger catalog and more complex B2B orders, an experience was needed that better organizes the offer and builds a sense of confidence at every stage.

With a larger catalog and more complex B2B orders, an experience was needed that better organizes the offer and builds a sense of confidence at every stage.

The goal of the project was to create a platform that not only looks more modern, but also genuinely makes selling easier: it shortens the path to the right products, communicates key purchase information more clearly, and strengthens the brand’s image as a professional, calm premium partner.

Problems and solutions

Problem

The website gave the impression of an outdated product catalog, rather than building trust in Parnass as a modern B2B partner for medium and large companies.

Solution

A calmer, more premium visual direction was designed, and the content communication was organized so that the brand would be perceived as more professional, modern, and credible.

Problem

Finding products was too slow and not intuitive. The category structure, navigation, and way the offering was presented did not help users quickly understand the assortment or move around the platform efficiently.

The information architecture, navigation logic, and product presentation were redesigned, making the offer clearer and the path to the right products shorter and more predictable.

Problem

Key purchasing information—such as price, quantity, customization, and lead time—was not presented clearly enough, which made decision-making in the B2B ordering process difficult.

Solution

The logic of product pages and the key touchpoints in the ordering process has been reorganized, giving higher priority to price, variants, personalization rules, and fulfillment conditions. As a result, the experience better supports purchasing decisions for business customers.
