B2B platform redesign
After the project was completed, the website was partially modified by the client to better meet current business needs.

Project scope
Faster product discovery
The structure of categories, product pages, and key pathways was streamlined, making the offer easier to understand and helping users find the right products faster and more intuitively.
Clearer B2B ordering process
The most important stages of the purchasing journey have been redesigned to simplify decisions about price, quantity, customization, and fulfillment terms for business orders.
A stronger premium partner image
A new visual direction and more organized communication helped move away from the impression of an “old catalog” toward a calmer, more modern, and more credible brand experience.

Problems and solutions
Problem
The website gave the impression of an outdated product catalog, rather than building trust in Parnass as a modern B2B partner for medium and large companies.
Solution
A calmer, more premium visual direction was designed, and the content communication was organized so that the brand would be perceived as more professional, modern, and credible.
Problem
Finding products was too slow and not intuitive. The category structure, navigation, and way the offering was presented did not help users quickly understand the assortment or move around the platform efficiently.
The information architecture, navigation logic, and product presentation were redesigned, making the offer clearer and the path to the right products shorter and more predictable.
Problem
Key purchasing information—such as price, quantity, customization, and lead time—was not presented clearly enough, which made decision-making in the B2B ordering process difficult.
Solution
The logic of product pages and the key touchpoints in the ordering process has been reorganized, giving higher priority to price, variants, personalization rules, and fulfillment conditions. As a result, the experience better supports purchasing decisions for business customers.
